I've lost another pants size in my favorite jeans. :D

This makes two since December, so I'm pretty sure they're not changing the measurements of the pants THAT fast. :)

Any rate, leaving for the airport in 45 min - I'll be back on Tuesday, and have only the SK for 'net til then. Be excellent to each other!

Discovery last night that makes me sniffle:

Death pie is approximately 567 calories and 35g fat per slice.

Key lime pie is lower - probably closer to 430 calories and 22g fat per slice, but still, I pout.

But only a little. :) Because 1 slice death pie = 6.3 miles.

Out of curiosity...

Everything I'm finding suggests that a person eating a 2000-calorie-per-day diet should aim to consume no more than 65 grams of fat per day. Anybody happen to know if that scales proportionally? Namely, if I'm aiming for 1450 calories per day, is 47 grams of fat the equivalent high point, or what? I'm doing a half-hearted calorie counting thing, plus trying to keep tabs on my fat intake (because for too long, too many of my calories have come from fat), and I've got a handle on where I should be for calories, but I can't seem to find anything about fat consumption.
