I'm pleased with the Ultimate Woman vitamins recommended by [livejournal.com profile] missysedai, though they leave a horrid aftertaste, and I need to pick up another bottle of calcium, as my current bottle only has about a week's worth in it.

Exercise at least 4x20min per week: 72x20 min. That's 24 hours of exercising. Wow. 100%.
Eat dinner at home 3-4 nights per week: Yes - 3 nights during 3 weeks, 5 nights the other two weeks. 100%.
Go out to lunch at work no more than once a week: Not a problem- 4 total. 100%.

Result for March: 100% for daily goals, 100% for weekly goals, 100% overall. RAWR!

At least 32 ounces of water per day: Check. 100%. As of Wednesday, the daily goal goes up to 40 ounces per day.

Exercise at least 4x20min per week: I missed 2 workouts one week due to knitting obsession. 87.5%.
Eat dinner at home 3-4 nights per week: Almost. 2 nights during one week, 4 or 5 nights during the other three weeks. 91.75%.
Go out to lunch at work no more than once a week: The actual goal was no more than once a week, plus one bonus per month, so in this case, a max of 5 times per month. I went out for lunch during the work week 3 times this month. 100%.

Result for February: 100% for daily goals, 93% for weekly goals, 96.5% overall.
