Week 1, Day 1 - Tuesday

Official program: 5 min walk warmup, [60 sec run, 90 sec walk] x8, 5 min walk cooldown.
Actually completed: 5 min walk warmup, [60 sec run, 90 sec walk] x6, walked the rest of it (~10-15 min) with my jogging companion who could not run anymore. (I could've kept going, but it's sort of silly to have a jogging companion if you're not going to stay more-or-less with them.)
